Marzia Arico
Marzia is a “get things moving” design leader. She is an expert in service design and design-driven transformation in large organisations. She has over 15 years of experience consulting with organisations and coaching individuals. Marzia is currently working on a graphic novel about design leaders and their journeys to drive change by design. When she is not working, you can find Marzia diving off the coast of Sicily or catching a wave somewhere in the ocean.
